1. Project Manager (Wholesale eCommerce Business)

As a project manager, you will be responsible for:

• Planning, executing, and delivering e-commerce projects that align with our business goals and strategies
• Managing the e-commerce platform, website, and mobile app functionality, usability, design, and content
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, such as developers, designers, marketers, sales, customers, vendors, and partners
• Monitoring and reporting on the project progress, risks, issues, and outcomes and implementing corrective actions when needed
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis and identifying opportunities and best practices for improving the e-commerce performance and customer satisfaction
• Evaluating and optimizing the e-commerce platform, website, and mobile app functionality, usability, design, and content
• Implementing and maintaining e-commerce policies, procedures, and standards and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical regulations
• Analyzing and interpreting e-commerce data and metrics and providing insights and recommendations for enhancing the e-commerce performance and profitability

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business (MBA preferred), Project Management, marketing, computer science, or a related field
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, systems, tools, and technologies, such as Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, Google Analytics, SEO, ZOHO, CRM, etc.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Customer-oriented, analytical, and creative mindset and ability to deliver innovative and user-friendly e-commerce solutions

2. Graphic Designer

4. Warehouse Worker

We are looking for a warehouse worker to join our team and help us with our warehouse operations and activities. As a warehouse worker, you will be responsible for:

• Receiving, unpacking, arranging, and storing goods in the warehouse
• Picking, packing, and scanning orders according to purchase orders and shipping schedules
• Making pallets, loading orders onto trucks and shipping containers, and ensuring safe and secure transportation
• Unboxing, inspecting, and verifying the quality and quantity of the goods received and returned
• Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping accurate records of stock movements and transactions
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe and following the warehouse policies, procedures, and standards
• Operating and maintaining warehouse equipment and tools, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, etc.
• Communicating and cooperating with supervisors and coworkers and reporting any issues or problems

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience as a warehouse worker, preferably in the vape and smoking industry
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, systems, and software, such as inventory management, order processing, etc.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects and work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency and ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• A forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
